Where to buy RayNeo: official stores, shipping and warranty

Published on 2026-09-09

RayNeo sells direct, with no distributor in between, and it runs three official stores: one for Europe, one for the United States and one for the United Kingdom. Buying from the right one is what decides which currency you pay in, how long the parcel takes and who you go to if something breaks.

This guide is deliberately short: what you need to know before you press buy, and nothing else.

The three official stores

Region Official store
Europe eu.rayneo.com
United States www.rayneo.com
United Kingdom uk.rayneo.com

On Glaiss you don't have to pick one by hand: the buy button takes you to your country's store, and the price you see is already in your currency.

Europe: no customs, VAT included

This is the question people ask most, and the answer is a good one. RayNeo's European store ships from a warehouse inside the European Union, and says so on its own homepage: "Ships from EU warehouse (No Customs), VAT included". Checked on 4 September 2026.

In practice: the price you see is the price you pay. No surprise charge at the door.

The warranty

RayNeo gives a one-year manufacturer warranty across the range. It is the brand's standard, and worth knowing before you buy, the same way you'd want to know the battery life or the weight.

Watch out for fake domains

Shops have appeared posing as "RayNeo Europe" under domains such as rneotech.shop and rayneoglobal.shop. They are not official. The only official ones are the three in the table above. If you reach RayNeo from a link on Glaiss, you land on the right one.

Which model to buy

Five models on sale, and they don't compete with each other: three are viewers for watching a screen, two are AI glasses.

RayNeo Air 4 Pro339 €. The way into the range. A 1080p Micro-OLED panel with HDR10 and Bang & Olufsen sound, 76 grams. A big monitor for your face, with no AI and no camera.

RayNeo GT369 €. The step up: a 46-degree field of view, native Dolby Vision and 68 grams, the lightest of the three viewers.

RayNeo GT Max489 €. The most ambitious viewer: 59 degrees, the widest field of view in our whole catalogue, a tandem Micro-OLED panel at 120 Hz and a virtual screen of up to 307 inches. Three sizes by pupillary distance.

RayNeo iO549 €. A different category: 33-gram AI glasses with a monochrome waveguide display and 48 hours of battery, with translation across 55 languages.

RayNeo X3 Pro1399 €. The flagship: colour MicroLED at 3,500 nits and a dual 12 MP camera with 4K video. Its weak point is battery life, a little over an hour and a half.

Frequently asked questions

Will I pay customs buying from RayNeo's European store? No. RayNeo ships from a warehouse inside the European Union and states it on its homepage: no customs, VAT included. The price you see is the price you pay.

What is RayNeo's official store? There are three, one per region: eu.rayneo.com for Europe, www.rayneo.com for the United States and uk.rayneo.com for the United Kingdom. Any other domain is not official.

How long is the RayNeo warranty? One year of manufacturer warranty, across every model.

Which is the cheapest RayNeo? The Air 4 Pro is the entry model of the range. If what you want is AI glasses rather than a display viewer, the more affordable of that pair is the iO.
