Everything in your glasses: the five that match a phone (and the one you can buy in Europe)
Until now, buying smart glasses meant choosing what to go without. Some have a camera but no display. Some have a display but no camera. Some are a monitor on a cable that does not even carry an assistant.
Five models on the entire market do not make you choose. They carry a display, a camera, an AI assistant, speakers and their own battery: the five things that make a phone a phone. That is the category we call Everything in your glasses, and they are the only ones that could, in theory, replace the handset.
In practice, the story is a good deal more awkward.

The first filter: does it run apps?
Here is the split that actually matters, and that almost no review mentions.
Only one of the five runs mobile apps: the RayNeo X3 Pro. It carries its own Android on a Snapdragon AR1, with 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. It runs Google Maps on the glasses. It is not a display mirroring what the phone does: it is a computer on your face.
The other four do what the manufacturer programmed, and nothing else:
- Rokid Glasses has the same processor, but it works paired with the Rokid app and its repertoire is closed: live subtitles, teleprompter, translation, call handling and navigation guidance. What they call an "Agent Store" holds agents, not applications.
- Meta Ray-Ban Display has no app store. Meta opened developer access in May 2026, with two routes — extensions of mobile apps and web apps — and it remains in developer preview.
- INMO GO3 and Quark S1 run their own closed systems, built around translation and Alibaba's Qwen assistant respectively.
That is why, in our catalogue, the category is ordered with the X3 Pro first even though it does not have the best score. Running apps is the difference between glasses that extend your phone and glasses that are the phone.
The second filter: geography
Of the five, only the RayNeo X3 Pro has a European store, with a one-year warranty and no import charges.
Rokid Glasses and INMO GO3 can be bought, but only by importing: no European store, customs risk, and the warranty in the seller's hands. Meta Ray-Ban Display is on hold: Meta stopped the international launch in January 2026 and has given no new date. And Alibaba's Quark S1 is sold only in China.
Put another way: the most advanced category on the market has five members and exactly one product a European can buy with a warranty.
And the third, which ruins everything: the battery
This is where the category falls apart.
The only one that runs apps and the only one you can buy in Europe are the same glasses — the X3 Pro — and they switch off after forty minutes. RayNeo claims up to five hours from a 245 mAh battery; six independent reviews measure between 30 and 60 minutes of real use. We go through every figure in our analysis of its battery.
And you cannot change it: the battery is built in and the case does not charge.
Look at the irony in the table above. The Quark S1, the only device in the sector with a dual swappable battery, reaching 24 hours, cannot be bought outside China. The Rokid last nine hours and weigh 27 grams less than the X3 Pro, but you have to import them and they do not run apps.
Nobody has yet put the three things together: doing everything, lasting, and being purchasable.
So what should you buy?
If you want the full experience and accept plugging in every hour, the X3 Pro is today the only option with a European warranty.
If you want something that lasts the day, the answer sits outside this category: Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 give up the display but deliver around four real hours plus another forty in the case, and they remain by far the most rounded product on the market. Even Realities G2 reach 48 hours by giving up the camera and speakers.
The honest reading of this category today is that it exists more on paper than in your pocket. It is where everything is heading — it just has not arrived yet.
